Brian is from the Tampa Bay area, and after graduating from law school returned home and became an attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1986. In addition, since the start of his career, Brian has represented countless individuals, small businesses, and corporations in Tampa Bay in the areas of labor, employment, business, and healthcare law, civil ligation, criminal matters, and mediation. Brian holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Health Law and has an AV® Preeminent RatingTM from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 Superb Rating from AVVOTM.

Throughout his career Brian has been involved in the community. Brian is currently a board member with Girls, Inc. and the Pinellas Park/Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and previously served on the UPARC Foundation Board and as General Counsel for a large local organization.
